If you enjoy deciding your own flavours, here is a "recipe" that I have been playing with. (Lol! That may be one of the reasons I have gained 30 pounds in the past two years.)
2 pints whipping cream
powdered sugar to taste.
Frozen fruit and/or berries (mangoes, peaches, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, raspberries, strawberries) singly or in any combination.
Whip the cream, adding the sugar, and put it in the fridge.
Put the frozen fruit and/or berries through a food processor with a medium/fine shredding blade. (Make sure it doesn't become mushy)
In a large bowl whip the shredded fruit into the whipped cream.
Serve. (and lick the beaters and spoons)
