Sticks and Stones

Well, those on AT can throw their sticks and stones, but it only reveals their own hearts.

We do know who SDAminister is. The hatred he has only shows his real self to everyone. He is not a SDA minister although it looks as though he may aspire to be one because of his name. It is interesting how people will reveal their true selves when they think no one knows who they are.

Sticks and stones......

Those on the "other" forum can say it over and over and over again but it does NOT make it the truth.

So we just keep repeating over and over and over again here that NO! (What part of NO do you not understand?) Tommy Shelton did NOT PLEAD GUILTY. He never pled guilty to any wrong-doing EVER with Alex Walker or Dennis Turley. He did nothing to them.

What he did do was exactly what the expensive lawyer told him to do which ended up backfiring in their faces. No one thought this would happen. This attorney was not only expensive but she was unknowledgable and stupid. This attorney should be reported to the Virginia Bar Association for what she did and even for what she did NOT do and should have done. But that is another chapter to this story for the future.

Never once did Tommy tell his lawyer or the Judge he was guilty because he wasn't! So Duane Clem and Robert Pickle, you keep on saying he pled guilty--you are liars of the worst sort and if you read your Bibles, you will know where liars go.

Before anyone takes Pickle's comments about Tommy supposedly "admitting" he was guilty due to the Alford plea, look up what the Alford plea really means. Below is what it really is saying:

"I realize a jury could find me guilty..that would be for whatever reason not because there is evidence."

"Also known as a "best-interests plea," an Alford plea registers a formal claim neither of guilt nor innocence toward charges brought against a defendant in criminal court. Like a nolo contendere plea, an Alford plea arrests the full process of criminal trial because the defendant -- typically, only with the court's permission -- accepts all the ramifications of a guilty verdict (i.e. punishment) without first attesting to having committed the crime. The name, Alford plea, is taken from North Carolina v. Alford 400 U.S. 25."

http://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/alford_plea

Like what was said previously, the attorney recommended this and Tommy went with the recommendation of his lawyer thinking he would be set free. The attorney told him he would be going home. He was in ill health, after having several heart attacks and strokes (one causing extreme vertigo) and he wanted to go home. He didn't even know much at all about what the Alford plea meant but followed his attorney advice. So for Pickle and Clem to say he was admitting guilt is utterly FALSE. Pickle and Clem were not there in the courtroom and they don't have a clue what happened there.

This has already been said on this forum before--you are reading it again. Go back and find the previous comments on this and read them. Nothing has changed because the truth doesn't change.

Sister (Kris Fiscalini) has misinformation that she got from Linda Shelton.

Goldie Shelton never intervened anytime or anywhere to keep Tommy out of jail. Anyone who knew her would know that to be a fact. How ludicrous to think anyone's mother could keep them out of jail if they had molested someone. Another of Linda Shelton's tall tales as told to sister. As always sister is wrong about everything because Linda lies about everything.

Tommy lived in Kentucky because a friend lived there and knew where there was property and a decent home. Tommy didn't even plan on working at 3abn when he moved to Kentucky so, again, wrong, wrong wrong.

I would suggest those of us who are christians should write the SDA conference in the country Sister lives in (Switzerland) and enclose a lot of her tall tales, her mean and dirty remarks and all the gossip she participates so the conference members can see for themselves what the wife of one of their pastors is involved in. Hopefully they would not continue to employ him when he can't control his own wife.

Re: Affidavits--notice that Pickle didn't name those who made these affidavits when he wrote about these on AT. We are just expected to believe "someone" swore these things were true. Is Pickle trying to ensnare gullible people?

1) First Danny never tried to talk anyone into not going to the authorities and if he had, why would he do it in the presence of someone else? Never happened. Totally false.

2) The second accusation came from Duane Clem saying he heard Danny and Tommy discussing this stuff in Danny's house. First of all what would Duane be doing at Danny's house and most importantly how stupid would Duane & Tommy have been to discuss this in front of someone? Of course that didn't happen.

3) The third is from Alice who worked at 3abn for awhile and said she was in Danny's office while Danny & Tommy discussed this. Again, why would they be discussing this in front of anyone? Never happened. We know Duane and Alice are liars.

None of these affidavits would stand in a courtroom with a Judge and jury.

So here we have Duane who claims he couldn't fend off advances at 20 years of age and Alice who left her husband and children for another man. And these are credible people?

To Stan on Club Adventist, please write the following in reply to "pkrause" who said he didn't like what 3ABN did to Linda:

Linda Shelton ousted herself by having an affair. No she isn't married to the man but is still with him after all these years and lived in Norway with him which is worse.

Oh my goodness…everyone knows Alice left her husband and children for another man and she has even admitted it herself.

Duane, at the time when these accusations were made, you would have been a kid about 14 years of age. Now why would Carol call you? Sorry--won't fly because what you said did not happen. And "if" it were true (which it is not) and Danny was "asking questions" about it this would clearly mean he did NOT know what was going on anyway.

Well Duane, if I don't make you angry, I am one of the few--you seem to get in a huff easily, especially if anyone suggests you should get some kind of counseling. You've left the forum several times in a big huff.

Alex, I am not Danny Shelton. So save your breath and your nasty accusations and threats. Do you really think DS has time to sit around and read Pickle's forum? He is too busy traveling all over the USA and he doesn't have time or interest to involve himself in looking at that devilish place.

Duane, you live in the same small town as Danny Shelton. I'm sure you have run into him perhaps at a grocery store or restaurant? Did you take the time to confront him or ask him if all these accusations were true? If you didn't confront him--WHY NOT? It is the worst type of cowardess to talk smack about someone in your own town but not confront them as the Bible says should be done first before spreading it everywhere--and you have taken it upon yourself to spread around all this smack for the last 7 to 8 years.

As far as the story about Alice, please do go ahead and ask her Duane. Her husband was crushed when she left he AND THE KIDS for this other man. She admitted it herself what she did. So she has no business throwing stones or judging and gossiping about anyone else.

You all need to "get a life."
